“The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”

-Chinese Proverb

The same is true of an ideal week.

I was inspired to see one of my favorite school leaders tackle her ideal week recently during the pandemic. It makes sense to do the work and intentionally plan what “normal” looks like right now.

I admire that Jessica put herself first because she knows why every airline tells her to put her oxygen mask on first.

She can’t help, serve, or lead if she’s doesn’t prioritize herself.

Check out Jessica’s courageous post here.

And if you need help building your ideal week, this post is for you.

Yesterday, the productivity sprint started. You’re still invited. In the sprint, not only will you get the 10-point system that will help you get better work done in less time, you’ll also get expert coaching to take your leadership to the next step.
