There is no expectation that you hire an expert Better Leaders Better Schools leadership coach. If you get “enough” from the complimentary call we are okay with that. We love to help and to live out our just cause: “to connect, grow, and mentor every school leader who wants to level up.”
At the end of a complimentary coaching call, we’ll ask you for a major insight and any action steps you commit to. We also will present a menu of three coaching options that you can choose from (and only if you want to hear more about what we offer).
