When asked about leadership prior to joining The Ruckus Maker Mastermind™, Dave candidly shared, “I don’t want to say lonely, but lonely is the word I would use.”
Dave’s reality is far too common for many school leaders. Even though school admin is constantly surrounded by people, it can feel like you are operating on an island.
